King Resources, LLC (KR) consists of an experienced group of technical, exploration, management, financial and operational experts as executives, employees and consultants, John King, John Coletta, Tom Pool, Warren Jacobs, David Keller, Craig Creel, Ted Hannon, Doug Dubois, Ken Bottoms, Tony Petres, Phil Halstead, John Claybough, Eric Park and Micah McKee, with an initial focus to develop and exploit oil and gas reserves in the Rocky Mountain Region. These reserves included “Unconventional” natural gas reserves and oil reserves where there is significant remaining proved infill and undeveloped reserves. King Resources has expanded its capabilities and plans with the development of the King Tool Kit of exploration technologies, and those of its partners including Terra Energy & Resource Technologies, inc. (www.terrainsight.com) and Prism Seismic, LLC (www.prismseismic.com). KR has ten projects with developed geology and a plan of land acquisition and drilling. These projects involve large land positions that require funding. Due to the nature of the projects, and due to their locations geographically and geologically, these projects have largely a wide open leasehold status. The known presence of oil and/or gas in the project areas, seismic and well control, and geologic concept make these projects opportune and important large reserve potential projects. The Company expects to be ahead of the industry herd in pursuing these projects. Terra-King Resources, LLC King Resources, LLC was formed by John M. King IV, son of the legendary wildcatter, John McCandish King who changed the global landscape of oil and gas discovery in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Through King’s exceptional business development skills and relationships, King will develop a broader reach for the application of the Terra Technologies coupling the technologies with King introduced projects, capital sources and strategic partners. Through King’s vast network of oil and gas contacts, King has identified and committed numerous significant oil and gas projects and strategic partnerships into the Terra/King Joint Venture. In addition, King has developed agreements with complimentary discovery technologies, which may be used for and on behalf of the Fund, depending on the technical task and applicability of those technologies. |
