Prism Seismic Partnership
King Resources, LLC and Prism Seismic, LLC  (www.prismseismic.com) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding that seeks to provide King Resources, LLC with the use of the Prism Seismic Tool for integrating geophysical datasets and geology into robust multi-faceted 3-D mapping of hydrocarbon bearing reservoirs. Prism’s integration capabilities bring greater knowledge of all datasets to the evaluative process. Prism has significant application to oil and gas field production acquisitions in addition to its value as a data integrator and mapping system.

The Memorandum of Understanding envisions cooperation and partnering on projects around the world that Prism is already engaged in. Likewise, trough its relationship with King Resources, LLC, the partnership extends to Terra for its projects and services contracts. Prism presently serves in the capacity of Gatekeeper and Developer of resources for the country of Guinea in West Africa.  Prism envisions bringing Terra into such contracts as its resource exploration partner. King Resources, LLC may serve as a project developer and operator for such projects. The Memorandum of Understanding also envisions a global resources company conducting Tool Kit technologies activities on a solely proprietary basis within two years.
