GMS was formed to conduct proprietary oil, gas, minerals and water project surveying and development. Its primary mission is to put the drill bit in the ground and the shovel in the earth. In its early stages, GMS will conduct surveying services that will contract with entities, groups, private capital pools and public companies to deploy technology used to find carbon based minerals and hydrocarbons.

GMS is in the process of perfecting licenses and contracts with the developers and owners of nine technologies that each can be deployed to find minerals, water and hydrocarbons. The nine “Tools” in the GMS toolbox allows GMS to provide contracting clients with a high degree of certainty regarding the search for and location of in-the-ground minerals, hydrocarbons and geo-thermal.

GMS will also look for and take active positions in land, leases, or options to lease for minerals and for hydrocarbon discoveries. Using the toolbox, GMS will confirm finds and verify results from other survey and mineral mapping surveys.

GMS will actively seek to joint venture, acquire percentage interests, take working interests, and\or obtain royalty interests as a partner or a JV in projects GMS management feels offer a high return potential after consideration of production costs, operating costs, pipelines and transport costs.

GMS is primarily a service company, but it also looks for and partners with others when unique opportunities to co-invest present themselves.
